"Samples arrived in terrible condition..."
The samples were packed really poorly and showed up damaged. I reached out via email to let them know, sending photos of the damaged items and their packaging. I even included pics of a competitor's packaging to show how much better it is. But guess what? No response to my emails.

"What a letdown"
What a letdown. I just got a sample. It was meant to be free, but with the shipping and all, it ended up costing me six quid. I guess in today’s world with shipping prices, we can’t really expect businesses to send stuff for free anymore. That said, the sample was helpful, and I plan to measure and get the right lengths of coving soon. After that, it might be worth revisiting my review since the shipping is a whopping £20!!!

"Fast Delivery and Great Service"
The items I bought showed up in no time and were packed nicely. The crew got back to me real quick when I had a question via email. The one area for improvement is that tracking my package and figuring out the delivery time wasn't the easiest.

"Outstanding product quality"
Outstanding product quality, but the price is just outrageous. The personal delivery from 50 miles away made the cost skyrocket. They really need to improve their delivery options. Thankfully, I managed to handle the installation of a central hole in the ceiling Rose myself in just ten minutes.
